Our mission is to simplify and democratize financial access through smart, data-driven digital solutions.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Vice President of Product to lead our India-based product organization. This leader will manage a team of 10–15 high-performing Product Managers and play a critical role in defining and delivering our global product vision. The ideal candidate is a hands-on product strategist, skilled communicator, and inspiring leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and user experience.Key Responsibilities• Drive the end-to-end product strategy, vision, and execution for our consumer lending and digital financial products.• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10–15 Product Managers to create a high-performance product culture.• Partner closely with global executives, engineering, design, and analytics to deliver best-in-class fintech experiences across full customer life cycle (including but not limited to application stage, delinquency management, and returning customer strategy).• Translate the company's strategic goals into clear product roadmaps and measurable outcomes.• Oversee product lifecycle management—from concept to launch, iteration, and scale.• Leverage data and user insights to drive decisions that enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.• Stay current with fintech trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to ensure product innovation.• Collaborate with U.S. stakeholders to ensure strong communication and alignment across global teams.Qualifications• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed institution (MBA or equivalent preferred).• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 5 years leading product teams.
