The firm advises founders, family offices, corporates, and investors across multiple sectors, offering hands-on exposure and direct involvement with senior dealmakers.Role OverviewThe M&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting live transactions across sell-side, buy-side, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates. This is a remote position offering significant responsibility, steep learning, and exposure to the full M&A deal lifecycle in a lean boutique environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport execution of M&A transactions, divestitures, and strategic advisory engagementsBuild and maintain financial models including DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions, and scenario analysisPrepare investment banking materials such as pitch decks, teasers, information memoranda (IMs), and management presentationsConduct company, market, and industry research, with emphasis on Middle East marketsPerform valuation analysis and financial due diligenceAssist in deal structuring, negotiation support, and transaction documentationCoordinate with external advisors (legal, accounting, tax)Manage data rooms, investor outreach support, and transaction pipelinesParticipate in client and investor interactions alongside senior bankersRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or Engineering1–3 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A Advisory, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, or Transaction AdvisoryStrong financial modeling and valuation skillsSolid understanding of M&A processes and deal executionAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPointExcellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environmentImmediate availability or short notice period required
