Managing all documentation related to shipments, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations. Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Ensuring compliance with import/export laws, regulations, and policies. Timely filing of bill of entry. Making sure all necessary documents are available at the time of delivery such as but not limited to Commercial invoice, Bill of entry, packing list , E-way bill etc Make sure all necessary import licenses, IEC are valid. Make sure licenses for duty benefits are available such As but not limited to DEEC/DEPB/ECGC etc.. Filing of all required documents to get the materials cleared Arranging documents needed to clear vendor payments and getting necessary benefits of import and export. Verifying vendor bills before payment release.
