Role: Agentic Design LeadLocation: Gurugram | Noida | Mumbai | Pune | Bengaluru | KochiExperience: 8-12YearsWhat You’ll Do:Design Agentic Systems That Work in Practice:Map the current state of the workflow and define how agentic systems should behave in real-world workflows, including decision loops, orchestration patterns, and human-in-the-loop interactions.Design agentic interaction patterns, including delegation, critique, escalation, and human override mechanisms.Translate abstract agentic concepts into clear, implementable system and interaction designs.Evaluate designs based on reliability, usability, scalability, and operational impact.Drive Outcome-Oriented Design Decisions:Prioritize scope, speed, and quality to protect delivery.Make informed trade-offs between autonomy, control, and complexity.Help teams decide when agentic approaches are appropriate and when they are not.Partner Across Disciplines:Work closely with engineers, architects, client leaders, and strategy teams.Act as connective tissue between concept, implementation, and adoption.Influence decisions through clarity of thought, not authority.Translate User Understanding into System Behavior:Translate user needs, workflows, and constraints into clear agentic system behaviors and design guidance.Ensure designs reflect how systems will be used in practice, not just how they work in theory.Establish Reusable Patterns:Codify learnings into design patterns, frameworks, and guidance that teams can reuse.Balance standardization with flexibility to support different use cases.Continuously refine patterns based on field feedback and production experience.What We’re Looking For:Proven experience driving Service Design Blueprints and shaping agentic or semi-autonomous systems in real-world settings.Systems thinking & strong judgment operating under delivery, reliability, and adoption constraints.Proven experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.Ability to clearly articulate complex system behavior to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where requirements evolve.Primary Skills:Agentic system and interaction design.Background in product design, systems design, or architecture.Ability to build workflows using low-code/no-code solutions.Decision-loop and orchestration pattern design.Human-in-the-loop and escalation mechanisms.Translating user workflows into system behavior.Structured reasoning and clear communication
