With triple the production capacity compared to that of 2020, it is in a place of tremendous opportunity in Western India and in the export market for products that have a huge demand in the commodity products space.IntroductionThe key responsibility of the Accounts Executive is to support accounts functions in the factory through proper commercial documentation while adhering to company norms.RequirementsMust have a bachelor degree in or similarMust be a resident of Vapi, Gujarat2+ years of experience in accountingProficient with Microsoft Office and Tally (latest update)Good communication skillsAvailable to work overtime, weekends or holidays and/or flexible shift hours as requiredAdequate knowledge of accounting/book keeping, bank reconciliation, initiating banking transactions, GST and income taxKnowledge of calculating TDS, deduction, deposit and return filingResponsibilitiesInvoicing: Prepare challan, sales bill with no errorsMake Tally entries as and when requiredMatch rate with customers’ purchase ordersPrepare commercial documents related to dispatch: delivery challan, certificate of analysis, e-way billCoordinate with customers for status of their orders or for receiving/acknowledging new ordersEnsure all dispatch documents are sent to the respective mailing list of each client when neededPrepare project cash flowPrepare list and handle receivables and payablesStock keeping for selected packaging material in the factoryAssist in cylinder tracking as neededSalary4 LPAJob DetailsTiming: 10:30am - 8:30pmLocation: Jaysons Chemical Industries Vapi Unit
