Finance Executive

Roles and Requirements: Handle end‑to‑end GST compliance, including GSTR‑1, GSTR‑3B, and GSTR‑2B reconciliations.Generate tax invoices for domestic and export transactions and manage e‑invoicing / IRN generation.Monitor and reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC) and maintain GST documentation.Perform bill booking in SAP (freight, import, service, and vendor invoices).Ensure TDS compliance including deduction, payment, and filings.Carry out bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.Support month‑end / year‑end closing activities.Coordinate with auditors and prepare GST‑related MIS reports.Assist in periodic closing entries related to GST, TDS, and payables.Coordinate with Logistics, Purchase, Stores, and Finance teams for invoice and GST‑related clarifications.Maintain GST workings, reconciliations, and backup files for internal reviews and audits.Education Qualification & ExperienceBBA/ BCom/ MCom/ MBA Finance1 - 5 years of relevant experience in any manufacturing industry.Essential area of knowledge, Skills & CompetenciesHands-on experience in SAP (FI/MM)Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, analysis tools)Good communication, coordination, and analytical skillsSound knowledge of GST,TDS, and reconciliationsAbility to work in a team environmentProactive and responsible approach
