This role is central to supporting growth, strengthening financial discipline, leading automation initiatives, and ensuring compliance across all finance and accounting functions.Key Responsibilities:Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership and the BoardEvaluate financial performance, provide insights, and drive business decisionsDevelop and manage budgets, forecasts, and FP&A reporting toolsLead accounting operations, month-end close, and financial statement preparationEnsure internal controls, compliance, and serve as primary contact for auditsOversee all tax compliance, planning, and statutory reportingManage cash flow, treasury, investments, and banking relationshipsDrive process improvements, automation, and ERP/system upgradesMentor and lead finance teams, fostering cross-functional collaborationEnsure adherence to statutory, ROC, MCA, FCRA, and labor-related complianceQualifications & Experience:8–10 years of post-qualification experience in finance, with mandatory experience in manufacturing; Multinational Corporation experience is a plusChartered Accountant (CA) or Inter-CA with a degree in CommerceStrong business partnering and communication skills, with the ability to influence leadershipProven ability to drive change and adapt to evolving organizational needsAnalytical and detail-oriented, with hands-on operational expertiseTeam-focused, collaborative, and service-mindedProficient in Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems such as QAD, SAP, and OracleFluent in English and HindiWhat We OfferThe backing of a global leader with the agility of a start-upThe opportunity to lead finance, accounting, and compliance functions in a global manufacturing organizationExposure to multi-functional leadership and cross-divisional collaboration
