This role will play a key part in supporting marketing initiatives, strengthening brand positioning, and contributing to lead generation efforts.Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation & StrategyDevelop content across multiple formats, including blogs, articles, case studies, whitepapers, website copy, landing pages, and email campaignsCreate sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and marketing collateralTranslate complex product features and concepts into clear, compelling, and benefit-driven messaging2. Audience-Focused WritingWrite content tailored to business decision-makers and operational leadersAlign content with buyer personas and different stages of the marketing funnelDevelop content around themes such as process optimization, operational efficiency, and performance improvement3. SEO & Performance OptimizationConduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO best practicesAlign content with inbound marketing strategiesMonitor and improve content performance (traffic, engagement, conversions)4. Collaboration & ExecutionWork closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to gather insights and ensure messaging alignmentSupport campaigns with timely and relevant contentMaintain consistency in tone, voice, and brand guidelines5. Editing & Quality ControlProofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and high qualityEnsure all content adheres to brand standards and guidelinesRequirements2–6 years of experience in B2B content writing or copywritingStrong writing, editing, and storytelling skillsSolid understanding of content marketing and SEO fundamentalsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred SkillsExperience writing for global audiences (especially US market)Familiarity with SaaS or product-based organizationsBasic knowledge of tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar platformsExperience creating thought leadership content and LinkedIn postsKey CompetenciesDetail-oriented with a strong focus on qualitySelf-motivated and proactiveStrong research and analytical thinking abilitiesAbility to simplify complex information into engaging contentSounds like you?
