Job Title: Video Editor / CinematographerLocation: Vadodara, Gujarat (Onsite)Shift Timings: 4PM-1AM (UK Shift)Experience: 2-5 yearsRole Overview:We’re looking for a skilled Video Editor / Cinematographer who can handle end-to-end video production. This role is for someone who understands both shooting and editing, and can turn raw footage into clean, engaging visual stories.Key ResponsibilitiesShoot high-quality videos using DSLR/mirrorless cameras with proper framing, lighting, and audio setupHandle different types of shoots including interviews, events, corporate videos, podcasts, and multi-camera setupsEdit short-form and long-form videos with engaging cuts, pacing, transitions, and captionsWork on content for internal communication, branding, events, and digital platformsCollaborate with content and design teams to bring ideas to life visuallyCreate reels, teasers, explainers, and behind-the-scenes contentEnsure consistency in visual quality, color grading, and audio clarityManage raw footage, project files, and final outputs efficientlyStay updated with current video trends, formats, and editing stylesApply storytelling techniques to improve engagement and audience retentionQualification:Degree or diploma in Media, Filmmaking, Visual Communication, or related fieldExperience & Skills2–5 years of hands-on experience in video shooting and editingStrong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar toolsGood understanding of camera operations, lenses, lighting, and audio equipmentExperience with multi-camera shoots and syncing footageStrong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aestheticsBasic knowledge of color grading and sound designAbility to manage timelines and deliver under deadlines
