As an Engineer - Sales (Projects & OEMs), the incumbentwill be responsible for driving sales and business development in the assignedterritories of Gujarat. The role entails identifying potential opportunities through systematicmarket analysis, working with key stakeholders such as consultants, OEMs, andcontractors, and ensuring a complete sales cycle from lead generation to paymentcollection.Department / DivisionProduct Line Knowledge of Boiler, SteamAccessories, Steam Traps, EnergyEfficiency Solutions, HeatExchangers.Position with Organisation:Location: Forbes Marshall, Baroda.Organisation Structure: Reporting to TL/ RMPurpose of the Role:The purpose of the Engineer - Sales (Projects & OEMs) role is to drive business growthby effectively promoting and selling Forbes Marshall's steam engineering and controlinstrumentation solutions. The role aims to identify opportunities, build strong customerrelationships, and deliver high-quality business outcomes by catering to greenfieldprojects, OEMs, and contractors. It is designed to contribute to the organization#39;smission of improving process efficiency, conserving energy, and ensuring sustainablesolutions for customers in the region.Roles and Responsibilities:● Experience in selling boilers, steam accessories, engineering equipment.● Selling to greenfield projects, OEMs, Contractors.● Selling based on benefits● Capturing the information systematically in the report and format.● Getting leads from Consultants and sources about projects and working with them onspecifications● Mapping competition activity.● Defining decision making hierarchy at customers end● Submitting proposals in line with potential and getting systematic repeated business atOEMs, Contractors● Focus on high quality business.● Documenting benefits for customers.● Completing the sales cycle of generating leads, offer making, getting orders,commissioning help and documentation, payment collection.● Analysis of Market trends in his territory, potential of Business, Business plans, Strive toachieve individual and organization targets quarterly & yearlyQualification and Requirements:Role Description: Engineer - Sales (Projects &)Educational Qualification: B.E/ (Mechanical)Work Experience: 4 -15 years in relevant industry and profile.
