–:To support insurance agents by managing client inquiries, preparing quotes, handling renewals, following up on documentation, and maintaining policy records.:• Prepare and process quotes for auto, home, commercial, or life policies• Follow up with clients for documents, signatures, and renewals• Update CRM/agency management systems (AMS360, Applied Epic, etc.)• Support agents with underwriting submissions• Handle inbound calls and qualify prospects• Assist with policy changes, endorsements, and billing clarification- :• Strong understanding of insurance terminology• Experience with AMS tools preferred• Great documentation accuracy• Customer service and policy-handling background
