Sales Support Representative – Software Industry

–:To assist the sales team by managing inbound/outbound communication, supporting lead generation, preparing demos, documenting client requirements, and ensuring smooth coordination between prospects, account executives, and the technical team.:• Handle inbound inquiries and qualify leads based on product fit• Conduct outbound follow-ups to nurture prospects• Schedule meetings, product walkthroughs, and sales calls• Maintain CRM updates with accuracy (HubSpot/Salesforce/etc.)• Assist in proposal creation, pricing sheets, and product documentation• Support demo preparation and coordinate with the technical or product team- :• Strong understanding of SaaS/technology terminology• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Experience with CRMs and sales automation tools• Ability to learn digital products quickly
