Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 7-8years (preferred in electrical industry or B2B sales) Education: Graduate (Diploma, B.E/B.Tech, /Any discipline – preference to candidates with knowledge of electrical or industrial products) Company Overview: Mahendra Electricals is a reputed distributor and supplier of electrical products and industrial components based in Vadodara, Gujarat. As we grow, we are seeking a dynamic individual to strengthen our sales operations and support our revenue growth. About the Position: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back-Office Sales Executive who can handle administrative sales support and also contribute actively to business development. The ideal candidate will manage client communication, process orders, and engage in cold calling and lead follow-ups to help grow our customer base and generate revenue. Key Responsibilities: ·      Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and invoices. ·      Communicate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, order status, and deliveries. ·      Support the field sales team with sales documentation and reporting. ·      Coordinate internally with inventory and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations. ·      Maintain customer records and track sales orders using MS Excel or ERP software. Business development and revenue generation: ·      Conduct cold calling to potential clients in industrial and commercial sectors. ·      Follow up on leads generated through campaigns, references, or inquiries. ·      Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. ·      Assist in preparing basic sales presentations or product information sheets. ·      Achieve monthly call targets and contribute to the overall sales objectives. Administrative Tasks: ·      Maintain accurate and up-to-date data of inventory, pricing, and client accounts. ·      Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers for collections. ·      Generate sales reports for internal review. Key Skills and Competencies: ·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi) ·      Strong telephone etiquette and persuasion skills ·      Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of Tally/ERP is a plus ·      Basic understanding of sales cycles and B2B sales ·      Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision ·      Familiarity with electrical products or industrial components is an advantage
