Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and managing staff. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to create a positive shopping experience while meeting business goals.-Responsible for maintaining store standards -Responsible for Achieving topline growth -Responsible to strategize, manage budgets & Inventory -Ensures to improve profitability & resource management -Lead the People and develop the team -Ensures that customer needs are met , complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient -Monitor store processes & Audit -Monitor Display & service standards -Maintain business relations of the brand -Responsible for Store ImageQualification Bachelors Degree, Retail Management, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in retail management or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of sales principles, customer service practices, and inventory management.
