Brand : The Souled Store Location: Kota Department: Retail Operations Reporting To: Area / Cluster Manager Job Purpose To manage overall store performance by driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, delivering superior customer experience, and leading the store team to achieve business targets while maintaining brand standards. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business: - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets - Improve Conversion Rate, ATV, and UPT - Execute promotions and seasonal sales plansStore Operations: - Ensure smooth daily operations and SOP compliance - Manage cash handling, billing, and store hygiene - Control costs and reduce operational lossesInventory Management: - Maintain optimal stock levels - Ensure accurate stock reconciliation - Minimize shrinkage and dead stockVisual Merchandising: - Implement brand VM guidelines - Maintain attractive displays and window setupsCustomer Experience: - Deliver excellent customer service - Handle customer complaints effectively - Build customer loyalty and repeat businessTeam Management: - Recruit, train, and retain store staff - Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance - Motivate team to achieve targetsCompliance & Reporting: - Ensure audit and policy compliance - Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports Qualifications & Experience - Graduate in any discipline - 4–8 years of apparel retail experience, including 2+ years as Store Manager Key Skills - Sales leadership & customer focus - Team handling & communication - Inventory & operations management - MS Excel & POS knowledge Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Sales Target Achievement - Conversion Rate, ATV & UPT - Inventory Turnover & Shrinkage % - Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) - Staff Attrition
