Job Description: Marketing AssociateKey ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management* Create and schedule engaging posts on LinkedIn and Facebook* Support promotion of the Profit Advisor assessment tool* Develop content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns* Monitor engagement and suggest ways to improve visibility and reachBranding & Marketing Collateral* Design professional branding materials using Canva* Create visual assets such as:* Social media graphics* Program marketing materials* Presentation slides* Lead magnets and downloadable resources* Educational visuals explaining business concepts* Assist with brand positioning and rebranding initiativesContent Creation* Write copy for website pages, landing pages, and program descriptions* Develop educational and promotional content related to the client’s coaching programs* Draft posts, newsletters, and marketing emails* Repurpose long-form content into social media snippets* Creating educational content that explains business growth conceptsProgram & Assessment Marketing* Create marketing content promoting the business assessment tool* Support content development explaining the assessment results and insights* Assist with communication materials that guide prospects through the assessment process* Help build marketing assets for follow-up nurturing campaignsMarketing Operations Support* Help organize marketing assets and campaign workflows* Assist in documenting marketing processes* Support CRM or email marketing initiatives when required* Tracking campaign performance and suggesting improvementsRequired Skills & Qualifications* Experience in digital marketing or social media marketing* Strong copywriting and content writing skills* Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools* Experience managing LinkedIn and Facebook content* Understanding of branding and marketing communication* Excellent written English with a tone suitable for North American audiencesUS shiftSalary- 20-22k (4hours)
