This is a full-time remote position.Experience required: 5+ yearsLocation: RemoteCTC: 12 - 15 LPAType of Employment: Full-timeTime: 5:30 pm-2:30 am (Monday-Friday) ResponsibilitiesUnderstand contract law, data privacy, intellectual property, and compliance frameworks across jurisdictions (especially U.S. and international)Review and interpret software platform user terms of service - e.g., Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Addenda, AI TermsMap, compare, and analyse contractual terms across multiple agreements for consistency and complianceDraft and redline contracts, with a focus on identifying governing law, liability clauses, termination rights, and data usage termsTranslate complex legal text into simple, actionable insights for business and non-legal usersRisk assessment and mitigation, identifying deviations or non-standard clauses in templatesQualificationsBachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with a specialization in commercial, corporate, business laws, or a related field from a recognized universityProven 5+ Years of experience as a Commercial Transaction LawyerPrior experience with SaaS, technology companies, or start-upsExperience working on documentation related to Online Terms and Conditions in coordination with legal or product teamsStrong understanding of IP, privacy, and data security in contractsComfortable working with cross-functional teams and technology-driven workflowsProficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office Suite, and strong organizational and workflow management abilitiesCurious and adaptable to new legal technologies and automation tools
