Deputy Director – Talent and Career DevelopmentKey Responsibilities:Assist in designing and implementing strategies for onboarding industry partners and organizationsDevelop and manage relationships with corporates, HR leaders, and industry expertsFacilitate industry-academia collaborations including expert sessions, workshops, and value-added programsSupport development of industry-driven skill development initiatives and Centres of Excellence (CoEs)Coordinate with academic departments to align industry engagement with curriculum and student requirementsTrack and monitor activities conducted by industry experts including teaching, mentoring, and research contributionsCollect and analyze feedback from students and departments to assess effectiveness of initiativesMaintain documentation for institutional processes, audits, and accreditation requirementsPrepare reports and analytics related to talent development and industry engagementEnsure timely execution of initiatives and achievement of defined targetsQualifications & Eligibility:Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university (Ph.D. preferred)Minimum 5+ years of experience in academia, industry, or academic/corporate administrationExperience in industry-academia collaboration, training, or career development initiatives will be preferredFor Application -
