Located across multiple centers in Pune Division, Walnut Clinics specializes in conditions such as Autism, ADHD, Developmental Delays, and more, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment for children and families.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Clinical Physiotherapist role based at one of our Walnut Clinic centers in the Pune Division. The Clinical Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating pediatric clients with developmental, neurological, and physical challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, developing personalized therapy plans, conducting therapeutic sessions, documenting treatment progress, and providing guidance and support to families. The candidate will work to enhance the physical well-being and functional capacity of children under care.QualificationsStrong knowledge and hands-on experience in pediatric physiotherapy techniques, movement assessment, and treatment planningSkills in communication and interpersonal interactions to collaborate effectively with children, parents, and a multidisciplinary teamCapability in detailed assessment, note-taking, and maintaining comprehensive records about progress and therapy resultsCompassionate, patient-centered approach to care with the ability to work with children with diverse needs and conditionsProficient in team collaboration, and contributing to a multidisciplinary therapeutic environmentBachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) with a specialization in pediatrics (Mandatory)Prior experience in pediatric therapy or developmental care is highly advantageousCurrent registration and license to practice as a Physiotherapist
