From our base in Vadodara, we manage complex projects that require high-precision detailing and seamless production workflows. We are looking for a detail-oriented Tekla Detailer to join our technical team.The RoleAs a Tekla Detailer, you will be the bridge between design concepts and structural reality. You will be responsible for creating highly accurate 3D models and generating detailed shop drawings for PEB structures. We are looking for someone who takes pride in /"clash-free/" models and understands the nuances of steel fabrication.Key Responsibilities3D Modeling: Create comprehensive 3D models of PEB structures using Tekla Structures based on design drawings.Shop Drawings: Generate accurate shop drawings, assembly drawings, erection plans, and Bill of Materials (BOM).Clash Detection: Identify and resolve connection conflicts and design inconsistencies during the modeling phase.BIM Coordination: Ensure all detailing work aligns with project specifications and international/Indian standards for steel construction.Production Alignment: Coordinate with the production and fabrication teams to ensure drawings are /"shop-ready/" and optimized for manufacturing.What We’re Looking ForSoftware Expertise: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Tekla Structures (specific to Steel/PEB).Industry Knowledge: Proven track record in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB); understanding of primary and secondary members, cladding, and accessories.Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading architectural/structural drawings and converting them into 3D models.Standards: Knowledge of AISC/MBMA or equivalent Indian standards.Attributes: High attention to detail, ability to meet project deadlines, and a collaborative mindset.What We OfferOpportunity to work on diverse and challenging infrastructure projects.A tech-forward environment using industry-leading software.Competitive Salary and a stable growth path within the company.
