Summary:Lead the QA/QC function for reality capture and digital twin integration. Define standards, mentor engineers, and drive process optimization and automation to ensure delivery excellence.Core Technical Skills:• Expertise in survey control, point cloud registration, and geospatial QA/QC frameworks.• Strong knowledge of multi-sensor data fusion (LiDAR, photogrammetry, GNSS).• Familiarity with BIM interoperability, IFC standards, and digital twin ecosystems.Tools & Technologies:• Laser Scanning, LiDAR, Photogrammetry• Point Cloud Processing,• Integration & Visualization,• FARO Scene,• Leica Cyclone,• Trimble Real Works,• NavVis IVION,• Cloud Compare,• Autodesk Recap Pro,• Navisworks,• Python• PowerBiResponsibilities:• Define and implement QA/QC protocols for survey control, point cloud registration, and model validation.• Mentor team members on best practices for geospatial accuracy and digital twin integration.• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies, coordinate system conflicts, and integration bottlenecks.• Ensure timely delivery of validated data for project milestones.Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience in reality capture and digital twin projects.• Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Geomatics, or related field• Strong leadership and technical documentation skills.• Strong expertise in surveying standards and digital twin workflows.
