Site Supervisor / Site Engineer – Interior Execution

About the Role The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of project execution as anOperations Lead , managing the project lifecycle from initiation to final delivery. The candidate should be confident in engaging with clients, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring seamless execution with high quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Own and manage theend-to-end project lifecyclefrom initiation to execution Engage with clients regularly and provide updates onongoing, upcoming, and completed activities Coordinate withmanpower agencies and vendorsto ensure timely allocation of resources Foster strong communication and teamwork amongclients, vendors, and internal stakeholders Prepare and maintainweekly progress reportsand track project milestones Work closely withdesign professionals and installation teamsto ensure execution as per design plans Ensurequality standards, safety, and timelinesare maintained throughout execution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ahigh-quality customer experience Qualifications B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture(preferred from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges) Alternate qualification:B.Tech (Civil/Architecture) + MBA (RICS/NICMAR) Minimum 2+ years of experiencein executing corporate or residential interior fit-out projects Strong understanding ofproject management principles Excellentverbal and written communication skillsin English High attention to detail with aquality-first mindset Proficiency inAutoCAD, MS Word, Excel / Google Sheets Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities High ownership mindset withentrepreneurial attitude Required Skills Operations Lead Project Execution Interior Fit-out Execution Client Coordination Vendor Management Project Management Preferred Skills Experience in handlingend-to-end interior fit-out projects Ability to managemultiple stakeholders and teams simultaneously Location:Vadodara, Gujarat, India Pay range and compensation package
