Deputy Director – Executive Development Program Key Responsibilities:Support planning and execution of Executive Development Programs including Management Development Programs (MDPs), certificate programs, and customized corporate trainingFacilitate B2B engagement by identifying and coordinating with corporates, PSUs, and government organizationsBuild and maintain relationships with corporate stakeholders including HR, L&D leaders, and industry professionalsAssist in development and delivery of industry-relevant executive education programs in collaboration with faculty and expertsCoordinate with internal teams for program delivery, scheduling, and quality assuranceSupport development of channel partnerships for participant outreach and program promotionMonitor program performance, participant feedback, and overall effectivenessTrack industry trends and contribute to development of new executive learning initiativesQualifications & Eligibility:MBA from a recognized university/institution (Ph.D. or relevant certifications preferred)Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Executive Education, corporate training, or academic administrationExperience in B2B engagement, program coordination, or industry collaboration will be preferredFor Application -
