Role |Environment Executive Reporting to |Sr. Manager-Lead Environment and Compliance Work Location |Corporate Office, Vadodara Qualification |B.E (Environmental Eng.) or (Environmental Science) Experience |03 to 05 yearsKey Responsibilities (indicative not exhaustive) Prepare draft data for environmental disclosures under frameworks such as CDP, EcoVadis, GHG inventory, BRSR, TfS, and similar reporting standards. Identify and evaluate alternative waste disposal methods and negotiate with existing vendors for improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Plan and implement environmental initiatives aimed at achieving cost savings Conduct gap analysis and track compliance status for EC/CTE/CTO requirements. Develop and maintain a robust ESG data collection framework to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of information. Prepare SOPs and guidelines in line with certification requirements. Monitor environmental performance and compliance by collecting and analysing monthly data from across sites and identify areas for improvement.Technical Competencies Environmental compliance, ESG reporting, waste management, regulatory knowledge, data analysis, and sustainability reporting
