Senior Technical Zuora Architect / Lead (Offshore)Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Technical Zuora Architect / Lead (Offshore) to co-design, implement, and operate enterprise Zuora Billing and Revenue solutions in a complex, multi-system SaaS environment.This is a hands-on role, working under the direction of an onshore Zuora Technical Lead, with responsibility for workflow implementation, tenant administration, integrations, releases, and off-hours escalation coverage.Key ResponsibilitiesScope & OwnershipCo-design and implement Zuora Billing and Revenue solutions with the onshore lead.Own Zuora tenant administration, configuration, and operational stability.Implement and govern Workflows, Product Catalog, invoice templates, bill runs, and user/role administration.Ensure Zuora remains the system of record for subscriptions, billing, invoicing, and revenue.Integrations & OperationsWork hands-on with Zuora REST/SOAP APIs, callouts, notifications, and events.Support and troubleshoot integrations with Salesforce, NetSuite, Avalara, payment gateways, and middleware platforms.Monitor workflows, bill runs, and integrations; support issue triage and resolution.Testing, Release & ComplianceSupport UAT, regression testing, and production releases using Zuora Deployment Manager.Maintain Postman collections, runbooks, and RCA documentation.Follow change control, SOX/SOC2 awareness, and secure handling of PII/PCI data.Collaboration & CoverageOperate independently during non-US hours and participate in Sev-1/Sev-2 on-call rotations.Provide clear documentation, async communication, and daily handoffs to the onshore lead.Mentor engineering and QA teams on Zuora best practices as needed.Required Experience & SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, Workflows, and Product Catalog.Experience with Zuora APIs and enterprise integrations.Solid understanding of subscription lifecycle and billing operations.Ability to work independently with strong English communication skills.
