Everything we build is designed toimprove unit economics, strengthen execution, and scale responsibly .About the Role TheService Line Leaderis abusiness owner and builder , responsible for scaling one of MostEdge’s core service lines end-to-end. This isnot a staff or advisory role . You will ownrevenue, margins, delivery quality, and people leadership —operating at the intersection of retail operations, technology, analytics, and execution. Each service line functions as anindependent business , with its own customers, economics, and operating model. Your mandate is simple but demanding:build a profitable, trusted, and scalable business—and develop leaders who can run it without you.Service Lines You May Lead Pricing & Margin Management Invoice, Vendor & Fuel Reconciliation Inventory, Shrink & Store Intelligence Transaction & Shopper Surveillance Loyalty, Retail Media & Shopper Analytics Store Financial Operations (P&L, deposits, reconciliation) What You Will Own FullP&L ownershipof a $3–5M USD (₹25–40 Cr) business Revenue growth, margin improvement, and unit-economics discipline Service delivery quality, SLAs, and customer trust Team structure, hiring, capability building, and leadership pipeline Cost-to-serve optimization through automation and process design Input into technology, analytics, and automation roadmaps.Core Responsibilities Business & Financial Leadership Own revenue, profitability, and operating discipline Improve margins through productivity and scalable design Manage unit economics (cost per store, SKU, transaction, hour) Retail & Industry Execution Apply deep knowledge of convenience, grocery, fuel, and multi-site retail Design solutions that work in real stores, real shifts, real pressure Partner closely with customers to deliver measurable outcomes Technology & Analytics Act as a strong bridge between operations, product, data, and engineering Use dashboards, BI, and automation to drive decisions—not opinions People Leadership (Player–Coach Model) Lead from the front where needed; empower where teams are strong Build managers and future service leaders Create clarity, accountability, and ownership across teams.What We’re Looking For 10–18+ yearsof experience in retail operations, retail-tech, SaaS, or managed services Proven experience owningmulti-million-dollar business lines Strong understanding ofretail economics, margins, and scale pressure Track record ofdeveloping leaders , not just managing teams Experience in high-scale environments (e.g., Flipkart, Reliance Retail, Walmart, DMart, Chevron, or similar)
