About the Role We’re looking for a U.S.-based Technical Lead who can rapidly ship code, own the technical stack, and integrate AI-generated bundles (via ChatGPT/LLMs) into production. This is a founding-level equity role, ideal for a senior full-stack engineer who wants autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to shape a global fintech infrastructure company. You will work directly with the CEO & Founder and be responsible for reviewing, refining, securing, and deploying full code bundles produced using LLMs. What You’ll Do Own the full technical stack across multiple Paywaz products Integrate ChatGPT-generated code bundles into production environments Architect, deploy, maintain, and scale backend and frontend services Manage AWS, Cloudflare, Supabase/Postgres, and GitHub workflows Oversee all DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure, and security Work closely with the Founder on enterprise integrations (banks, airlines, payment networks) Build fast, iterate fast, and ship continuously Operate with high autonomy, urgency, and ownership Maintain integrity, transparency, and professional communication Build AI-first engineering workflows and deploy scalable systems Required Technical Skills Core Engineering 7–12+ years full-stack engineering Deep experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js Strong with React / Next.js Comfortable with microservices and modular architectures Ability to ship AI-generated code safely into production Cloud / Infra / DevOps Advanced AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, CloudFront, Secrets Manager) Cloudflare (DNS, WAF, SSL, Workers, security) CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, AWS CodeBuild, etc.) Infrastructure-as-code experience Understanding of scaling, logging, monitoring, failover, alerts Data PostgreSQL (AWS RDS) — schema design, migrations, scaling, parameter tuning Redis for caching and performance optimization Query optimization, indexing, execution plan analysis Data durability & ACID requirements Backup/recovery planning (AWS snapshots, PITR, cross-region resilience) Multi-environment DB management (dev, staging, prod) Secure credential & secret handling (AWS Secrets Manager) Monitoring & alerting for DB performance (CloudWatch, custom metrics)Security JWT, OAuth, session management Encryption standards API security best practices Vulnerability scanning, code hardening Wallet safety and key management AI Integration (You’ll be deploying large amounts of LLM-generated code) Ability to validate, refine, and productionize ChatGPT code Understand prompt-driven development Ability to detect hallucinations or architectural flaws Comfortable with AI-assisted scaffolding, testing, and documentation Bonus Skills (Not Required) Web3, DeFi, or stablecoin knowledge Solana development / wallet integrations Payments orchestration PKYC/KYB/AML logic Experience with fintech or regulated environments Personality & Work Style You must be someone who: Gets shit done — full stop Has a sense of urgency Takes extreme ownership Thrives in a fast-moving, unstructured environment Thinks in solutions, not excuses Values integrity, honesty, and transparency Loves autonomy (no hand-holding) Is excited about AI-first engineering Doesn’t need layers, meetings, or bureaucracy Wants meaningful equity in a company with enterprise-level upside This is a role for someone who wants to build, not manage.
