Executive - Costing & MIS

We are currently looking for Executive - Costing & MIS to join a Netafim Irrigation India Pvt. Ltd Vadodara, Gujarat. If you have strong background in Costing & MISRole: Executive - Costing & MISLocation: Manjusar, Vadodara, GujaratKey Objectives: The position shall be responsible & accountable for the following areas.- Lead product costing for India plants(Standard &Actual) - Monthly Closing activities &MIS reports. - Maintaining cost components, masterdata and new SKU’s. - Analyze costing variances for multiple scenarios (actual vs. standard, Year over year) - Run simulations and estimate costing changes as a result of expected business dynamics.Key Deliverables:- Product costing and related analysis. - Experience of process and operational audit and recommendations (SOPs) - Coordination with the Finance team for Cost audit and compliance data and preparation. - Ensure accurate & timely costing reports and coordination relating to documentation &submissions. - Proactive steps to monitor and control operational costs. - Maximizing use of technology/analytics for enhancing the operational efficiencies.Specialized job competencies:- Knowledge of Cost Audit Compliance - Good communication and presentation skills - Proactive & learning attitude - Experience of working in SAP environment preferably manufacturing sector - Negotiation skills with ability to interact with people at various levelsin the organization and outside. - Team player. - Exhibit matured flexibility in decision making. - Proficiency in excel, knowledge of Power BI will be preferred.
