HR Engagement Specialist Location:Vadodara, India |Full-Time | On-site About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and people-orientedHR Engagement Specialistto design and execute programs that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening employee relationships, driving engagement initiatives, and promoting a positive and high-performing work environment within our Vadodara operations.Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and executeemployee engagement activitiessuch as events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives. Partner with leadership and HR teams toassess employee engagement trendsand recommend improvement strategies. Supportonboarding and orientationprograms to help new hires integrate successfully into the company culture. Manageemployee communications , surveys, and feedback channels to ensure open and transparent dialogue across all teams. Coordinate with internal departments to promote employee participation in company-wide programs and CSR initiatives. Assist in developing and implementingretention and recognition strategiesthat align with company goals. SupportHR compliance and documentationrelated to engagement programs, attendance, and participation. Provide support ingrievance handlingand foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative work environment. Contribute to the development of apositive employer brandthrough employee storytelling, internal campaigns, and engagement metrics.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology Minimum of2-4 years of experiencein HR engagement, employee relations, or organizational development. Experience in aBPO or corporate environmentpreferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and event management skills. Creative thinker with the ability to design engaging and meaningful employee experiences. Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS/engagement tools.
