Prep school Head/ Pre Primary Head

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for a Prep School Head/Pre Primary Head for K12 School. The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the prep school, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality educational experience. Responsibilities include curriculum planning and implementation, staff management and development, fostering a positive learning environment, and maintaining effective communication with parents and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating with educational authorities, budget management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications ECE is must. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in curriculum planning and implementation. Ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Experience with staff management and development. Knowledge of educational regulations and compliance. Relevant qualifications in Education or Early Childhood Development. Previous experience in a similar role in a prep school is preferred.
