Position : Head Plant, AVP Location : Vadodara Minimum Experience : 20+ Yrs Exposure to Industry : Conductor , Cable or Large Volume Manufacturing. The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the conductor manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient and safe production processes, maintaining product quality, and meeting organizational goals related to cost, output, and profitability. The role also involves leading a large team, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Result Areas: Production output vs. plan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Product quality (rejection rates, customer complaints) Cost per unit produced Safety performance (incident rates) Lead time and on-time delivery performance Criteria Details Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Metallurgy Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering Management is preferred. Experience (Years and Type) 15-20 years of experience in Manufacturing Plant (Conductor and OPGW) with 5 years in Leadership Role.
