Job Title: Sr. HR Executive Location: Baroda Shift: EST (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST) Experience: 4+ Years Job Description: About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our Vadodara team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth onboarding experiences, managing HR operations, and driving employee engagement through creative initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, people-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct employee induction sessions to ensure smooth integration into the organization. Normal office administration and maintenance related work. Manage joining formalities including document collection, verification, and HRIS updates. Review and maintain employee documentation for compliance and accuracy. Drive Rewards & Recognition programs to foster a culture of appreciation. Plan and execute Fun Friday activities to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture. Collaborate with internal teams to address employee queries and concerns promptly. Maintain accurate HR records and assist with reports as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in HR operations or employee engagement activities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work in night shifts and adapt to a global work culture.
