Data Consultant

The Data Consultant plays a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting data integration and analytics solutions across Salesforce, NetSuite, and other enterprise systems. This position focuses primarily (~80%) on Salesforce–NetSuite integration and data migration projects, ensuring seamless data flow across front-office and back-office platforms. The remaining (~20%) effort is dedicated to BI and reporting implementations, enabling clients to gain actionable insights from their integrated data landscape.Responsibilities Include:Analyze, cleanse, and validate data from legacy systems before migration to Salesforce / NetsuitePartner with the client for data extraction and cleansingDesign and build ETL workflows using tools like SSIS and/or Informatica using CDATA/Kingswaysoft utilities to assist with data migrationConduct data mapping exercises , data migration plans on client projectsCollaborate with Salesforce/Netsuite admins, and business analysts to ensure alignment on data requirements and field mappingsDevelop complex queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, views required for data migration in SQLSupport post-migration audits and ensure data integrity within Salesforce/NetsuiteDesign and build dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI or NetSuite Analytics WarehouseDemonstrate ability to learn and research advanced data technologies and concepts, learning new skills and software as necessaryThis position requires no travelBasic Qualifications:Requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field 4+ years’ experience in data migration space, working on ETL tools like SSIS, Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory etc. Strong experience with data cleansing, deduplication, and validation processesProficient in SQL for data profiling and transformationHands on experience with at least one of the BI applications, Tableau, PowerBI and CognosExperience with Datawarehouse tool like Snowflake, Amazon Redshift etc is a plusExposure in data extraction, transformation, and data loading techniquesExperience creating and using Entity Relationship and Data Flow diagrams to communicate complex migration and transformations to clients Must have experience working in projects with Agile Management processExperience working with Salesforce CRM and Netsuite ERP system data loads is highly desirablePassion for data accuracy and completeness Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsCan work in a fast-paced, fast-growth environment and manage priorities across multiple concurrent activities
