Job Title: Senior Executive Finance & AccountsLocation: VadodaraShift Timings: 11:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m.Reports to: Senior Manager - FinanceJob Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive Finance & Accounts to support our finance department with accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be well-versed in financial principles, and have hands-on experience with accounting software and financial systems.Key Responsibilities:Financial Accounting & Reconciliations:Manage day-to-day accounting operations, journal entries, and general ledger functions.Scrutinize general ledger accounts periodically to ensure the correctness of postings.Prepare monthly/quarterly reconciliations of balance sheet items.Reconcile intercompany accounts, vendor/customer balances, and advances.Compliance & Reporting:Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports with other month-end workingsAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsSupport the timely closing of books and financial reporting in line with accounting standardsSupport external and internal audit processes by preparing the required documentationAccounts Payable Monitoring:Manage end-to-end accounts payable process: invoice verification, approvals, payment processingMonitor vendor accounts, resolve disputes, and maintain positive supplier relationshipsPrepare and present periodic reports on AP aging, cash flow forecasts, payment schedules, and provisionsRegulatory & Legal Compliance:Ensure compliance with all financial laws and regulations as per the Companies Act, GST Act, Income Tax Act, and others as applicableMaintain documentation and records as per statutory retention requirementsPrepare reports/statements for regulatory authorities as requiredRequirements:Education & experience:Master's degree in commerce, Finance, or related fieldCA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA in Finance preferred3+ years of relevant hands-on experience in finance or accounting roles with a track record of increasing responsibilityExperience in the Staffing industry, finance operations is a plusThanks,
