Ltd. is a leading freight forwarding company based in India, connecting businesses globally.Learn more about us: WHO CAN APPLY:- Fresh Graduates or Final Year Students - Having experience of 2 to 5 years in Custom House Agent, Freight Forwarding and Shipping line. - Keen interest in International Trade, Logistics, or Business - Good communication skills - Attention to detailHOW TO APPLY:Send your updated resume to: Email: hr@Job Location :Vadodara, Gujarat (India)Role & responsibilities- Handling documentation work through emails and phone calls. - Communicating with customers and vendors via email and telephone professionally - Submitting data on vendor portals of shipping lines (e.g., Booking submissions, VGM, DGD and HAZ Approval, Pre Alert and Form 13, BL / Shipping Instructions). - Coordinating with Transporters and CFS / ICD and Port Team. - Coordinating with internal teams for smooth operations and timely updates on ERP System. - Maintaining accurate records of communication and documentation. - Assisting with daily freight forwarding and shipping activities.Preferred candidate profile- Graduate / Undergraduate with a keen interest in the International Logistics, Freight Forwarding industry and Custom House Agent (CHA). - Experienced Candidate having experience in this field for more than 4 years. - Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy and timely work. - Good communication skills in English (written and verbal). - Basic knowledge of Export Import documentation and International shipping terms is a plus point (training will be provided). - Freshers are welcome if you are eager to learn international shipping and grow your career in International Shipping and Logistics!Open Positions- Booking Department - 2 positions - Logistics / Operations Department - 4 positions - Bill of Lading Department - 2 positions - Pricing and Inside sales department - 2 positions
