Located in Vadodara, we take pride in redefining how pizza is experienced.Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for an Operations Manager. The selected candidate will oversee the daily operations of our pizzerias, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and optimize workflow efficiency. Responsibilities include inventory management, coordinating with vendors, ensuring food quality and hygiene standards, monitoring financial metrics, and implementing strategies to enhance overall operational performance. The Operations Manager will play a vital role in maintaining a vibrant, efficient, and customer-centric environment.Responsibilities:Operational Excellence- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, reliability, and consistency. - Manage day-to-day operations of all Pizzawala’s outlets in Vadodara and Anand. - Ensure all employees follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and operational guidelines.Performance & Process management- Prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual performance reviews. - Continuously evaluate operations and implement improvements. - Take full responsibility for store performance, including sales planning, profitability, and customer satisfaction.People Management- Take daily reporting from all outlet supervisors. - Train and mentor new and existing staff on company policies, service standards, and operational protocols. - Maintain a disciplined, motivated, and customer-focused workforce.Compliance & Quality- Ensure regulatory, safety, legal, and FSSAI compliance across all outlets. - Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation standards. - Review stock levels and forecast inventory needs; manage vendor coordination and purchasing.Financial Oversight- Manage budgets aligned with business goals. - Implement cost-control methods to reduce wastage and improve margins. - Analyze financial metrics to support better decision-making.Requirements:-- 5+ years of experience in a similar operations or restaurant management role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational documentation. - Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. - Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple outlets. - Comfort working cross-functionally with HR, Purchase, Marketing, and Finance teams. - Good financial management and analytical skills. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Additional Qualifications:-- Strong leadership and team management skills. - Proficiency in inventory management, scheduling, and vendor coordination. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Excellent communication, decision-making, and customer service orientation. - Experience in restaurant operations or F&B industry preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
