The role The primary role is to lead cross-functional teams engaged in building AI applications using our proven methodologies, modern engineering practices, and emerging technologies. Expertise and experience Minimum of 8 years of software development experience with 5+ years focusing on AI/ML applications in production environments Proven track record of delivering software solutions on time, within scope, and on budget. Strong background in AI technologies, ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and the software development lifecycle. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, UI/ UX leads, etc). Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or similar project management methodologies. Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and implement new AI-driven business solutions. Business Impact Drive the end-to-end delivery of AI software projects, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives and delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Translate complex business needs into actionable software development plans and ensure outcomes deliver tangible value for the organization and clients. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and value realization, using insights to optimize delivery and maximize business impact.
