The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of insurance agents, providing training and support, and driving sales activities to achieve targets. Other day-to-day tasks include monitoring agents' performance, developing strategies to enhance productivity, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves regular reporting, conducting marketing activities, and building strong relationships with agents and customers.Qualifications Experience in team management and leadership Strong understanding of insurance products and sales strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in training and coaching personnel Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop action plans Customer relationship management skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Knowledge of regulatory compliance and company policies Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
