Qualification : B.Tech/B.E.-· Mechanical, PG Diploma-· Electrical with min 5 years of experience in similar role. Job Location : Vadodara . Should be willing to work in night shift as and when required. PURPOSE OF POSITION : For Planning of Coil and Panel orders. Job Responsibility : What do you DO? Group Handling: SOLENOID1, LC SOLENOID1, IS SOLENOID1, MR SOLENOID1, LW SOLENOID1, Panel, Railway Solenoids, Plug in coils, RAL 2 requirements also Order planning—sending order acknowledgement Order processing : W /O generate and make the dispatch plan as well as production plan for assembly as per committed delivery date in order acceptance letter Review of coil requirement of respective dept Assembly and Work allocation to operators as per plan and priority of work order allocation to Store person to issue the material from store. After wo generation-component shortage to be check and adding the components in Rolling plan sheet Review of Rolling plan sheet for component shortage with M/C shop, Vendor, Purchase team Manual Requisition for RAL II related products and maintaining the sheet to review the orders with RAL II Material check to assembly area & shortage material follow up-vender /store / machine shop Making productivity analysis and delay delivery analysis Correction in BOM with the co ordination with design dept ( through email) Follow up for approved GAD,QAP, Procedure ( through email) Third party Inspection handling, making TPI documents, material readiness Handling Technical issue in assembly Supervision of new developed valves assembly and testing on order basis Generation of packing slip with checking of payment terms Requesting to send the PI to concern dept TC submission, Documents submission, Follow up for Dispatch clearance Training to assembly operators Interaction with Customers/dealers/stockiest/internal customers What do you SUPPORT? Technical issue in assembly Support to Design dept for the purpose of BOM correction Making packing list on the request of Customer Support to handle the customer complaints Support to handle the Rejection of material in assembly What do you MONITOR / SUPERVISE? Kanban of standard coil stock Component shortage/follow up with purchase, vendor, M/C shop Daily Production sheet as per cycle time Absentism/Breakdown analysis in assembly area Remarks for experience required - Should have knowledge of Planning, Production, SAP, Problem Solving etc. Industry, if any specific requirement - specifically valve industry Software Skills - Computer, MS office, SAP, QMS requirements - Yes Tools Knowledge - Quality tools, Problem solving tools etc Process Knowledge - Planning and Production, Problem Solving Soft Skills - communication, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, time management, leadership etc. About us : For more information about us, you can refer our website
