What You'll Do: Catalyze Growth & Deliver Sustainable Solutions As the General Manager – Biogas & ETP, you will be the chief architect and executor for your segment: Lead sales and business development efforts, responsible for achieving ambitious revenue and profitability targets for GFS solutions in Biogas, Compressed Biogas (CBG), and ETP applications. Design and implement targeted sales strategies , identifying and capitalizing on unique opportunities to disrupt traditional markets . Identify, engage, and secure high-value projects , owning the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation to successful contract closure. Cultivate and maintain deep, strategic relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, project developers, and key end-users in the Biogas, CBG, and ETP industries. Provide expert technical and commercial guidance to clients, showcasing the superior value proposition and long-term impact of GFS technology. Continuously scan market trends, competitor movements, and evolving regulations to pivot strategies and capture emerging opportunities. Collaborate intensely with internal teams (engineering, project management, manufacturing) to ensure flawless project execution and unparalleled customer satisfaction – a testament to the business you are building. Your Impact: Key Deliverables (First 12-18 months) You'll quickly make your mark and build foundational success by: Building a robust, actionable sales pipeline of ₹10–₹20 crore specifically for Biogas & ETP GFS projects – your initial portfolio. Successfully closing multiple early reference projects across the Biogas/CBG and ETP segments, establishing our market presence and validating your strategy. Developing and executing strategic account plans for key clients and channel partners, securing long-term relationships. Providing critical market insights that will directly influence our product development and the go-to-market approach for these sectors. Achieving segment-specific revenue and margin targets , contributing significantly to HLE Glascoat's overall GFS growth and showcasing the success of your venture. Who You Are: Experience and Mindset 8-15 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or project management within industrial capital equipment, process plant solutions, or specialized infrastructure, with a strong focus on Biogas, CBG, or Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) projects. A proven track record of launching initiatives or significantly growing business lines – we value demonstrated ambition and execution. Deep understanding of the Biogas/CBG and ETP market dynamics, including key players, project lifecycles, and regulatory frameworks. A strong existing network within relevant industries (e.g., biogas developers, ETP consultants, industrial end-users) that you can leverage from Day 1. Ability to articulate complex technical solutions and their profound commercial and environmental benefits to diverse stakeholders. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and truly entrepreneurial, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and an insatiable drive for market development. You thrive on ownership and are comfortable charting new territory. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills – you're a natural at inspiring confidence and closing deals. Age Group 35 to 45 years Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in chemical, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
