Senior Finance Manager

Role: Senior Finance Manager Location: Vadodara Shift: 11 to 8 pm IST. Company’s profile: Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Control Lead overall financial operations, ensuring robust accounting practices, compliance, and governance. Prepare, review, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes. Regulatory & Compliance Ensure statutory compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations, Companies Act, and other regulatory frameworks. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies for audits, assessments, and filings. Business Partnering & Strategy Provide financial insights to support business growth, profitability, and cost optimization initiatives. Partner with senior leadership to develop financial models, scenario planning, and strategic roadmaps. Identify risks and opportunities, ensuring proactive financial risk management. Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, driving efficiency, accuracy, and accountability. Implement best practices, internal controls, and automation to improve financial processes. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, and IFRS. Proven expertise in taxation, treasury, and compliance management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel. Desired Candidate Profile Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12–15 years of post-qualification experience. Experience in managing end-to-end finance functions in IT - Services. Exposure to working with leadership teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
