We’re Hiring: QC Chemist – ApplicationLocation: BarodaFunction: Quality ControlWe are looking for a QC Chemist – Application to join our Quality Control team. The role involves sampling, analysis, and release of raw materials, finished goods, and re‑sale products while ensuring compliance with quality standards and laboratory best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform sampling and analysis of incoming crude raw materials, finished goods, and re‑sale products as per specificationsConduct application and analytical testing including:Exhaust dyeingPrinting applicationPad roll dyeingSolubilitypHDust noteUV transmissionEnsure timely quality release in SAP and accurate documentation of test resultsHandle material rejections, raise SCAR/NCP, and coordinate with Purchase, Planning, and Production teamsCalibrate laboratory equipment (especially pH meters) on a daily basis and maintain calibration recordsPrepare, standardize, and label laboratory solutions required for analysisSupport production by preparing lab blend recipes and providing corrective actions for blend deviationsEvaluate evolution samples for alternative vendor development and support RIK activitiesMaintain counter sample records, laboratory housekeeping, and 5S practicesTrack laboratory chemical inventory, glassware, and consumablesQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related fieldExperience in Quality Control laboratory operations (chemical / textile industry preferred)Knowledge of application testing, raw material analysis, and laboratory documentationFamiliarity with SAP quality release systemsStrong attention to detail and good communication skillsWhy Join UsExposure to end‑to‑end quality control processesOpportunity to work on vendor development and application testingStructured and process‑driven quality environment
