Our goal is to create visually engaging, tech-driven shopping experiences that make eyewear modern, accessible, and exciting.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a 3D Motion Designer (Video & Reels) based in Vadodara, Gujarat.In this role, you will create high-end 3D product visuals, motion graphics, and video content for marketing and social media. You will be responsible for bringing products to life through 3D animation, storytelling, and visually compelling content.The focus of this role is on building premium, conversion-driven visuals and engaging short-form content that strengthen brand identity and drive customer engagement.You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to deliver creative assets that directly impact customer acquisition and brand growth.Core Requirements- Strong hands-on experience in 3D motion design and animation - Experience with tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, or similar - Advanced skills in video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut) - Strong understanding of lighting, rendering, materials, and product visualization - Experience creating high-quality short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Ads) - Ability to create engaging visual storytelling for social media - Strong attention to detail and creative thinkingQualifications- Experience working with e-commerce or product-based brands - Ability to create high-converting marketing creatives and ad videos - Experience with 2D motion graphics and animation - Knowledge of AI-based video tools (Runway, Pika, etc.) - Understanding of current social media trends and viral content formats - Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
