Required: BE in Mechanical/Automobile 2-5 years’ experience in creation of technical illustration or animation Must have hands on experience in illustration tools such as Creo illustrate, Isodraw, Creo- View AutoCAD, Windchill Knowledge in technical writing will be an added advantage Self-motivated, Strong Organizational Skills, Learning Oriented Product Knowledge on diesel engines will be very helpful Creates technical animation: Create technical animation and illustrations according to the customer specific technical standards. Create interactive animation from the instructions using creo illustrate, able to read the technical documents like installation instruction manuals Create, revise and maintain animation/ illustrations for use in Engine spare parts catalogues, assembly instructions, tools catalogues, guided troubleshooting, operation manuals, maintenance manuals, etc. using Creo illustrate Collects basic data from design and illustration tools (e.g. Creo, and Auto CAD ) processes these to form new, interactive animation. Adapts existing photos to achieve required visual statement. In the event of deviations from requirements, adjusts illustrations in consultation with the technical author. Provide technical support within the Technical Publications Department Follow the quality check sheets and guidelines Report to the illustration coordinator Ensures the meeting of deadlines
