Graphic Designer

Location: Vadodara (Genda Circle) Department: Marketing / Design Reports To: Marketing/Creative Head We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The role involves developing engaging visual content across multiple platforms, including digital and print, to support the company’s branding, marketing campaigns, and communication needs. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, knowledge of print production, and the ability to adapt designs for diverse cultural markets. Responsibilities Conceptualize, design, and produce social media creatives (ads, posts, campaigns) tailored for Indian, Kenyan, and UAE audiences, especially for major festivals and events. Design advertising materials including magazine ads, newspaper ads, digital banners, and promotional graphics. Create packaging labels, brochures, leaflets, presentations, annual reports, and company stationery aligned with brand guidelines. Ensure designs effectively communicate the brand’s message and meet the marketing objectives. Coordinate with local vendors and printers for the execution of high-quality print materials. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative and visually appealing creative solutions within deadlines. Maintain consistency in brand identity across all visual communication. Qualifications 3-5 years of proven experience in graphic design. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Experience in both digital and print design, with knowledge of printing processes and vendor coordination. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Preferred Skills Experience in branding and packaging design. Familiarity with festival-based creatives for multicultural markets. Knowledge of presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).
