The role involves tasks such as executive administrative assistance, managing communications, invoicing, payment follow-ups, reimbursements, managing expense reports, providing executive support and maintaining the Partner’s calendar.ResponsibilitiesExecutive Administrative AssistanceExecutive Support and Administrative Assistance SkillsExperience in handling reimbursement reports, expense reports.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, maintain confidentiality and professionalism.Strong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in drafting emails and documentsHighly skilled in using MS Office.Attention to details and organizational skillsExperienceFresher (completed graduation) or 1- 2 years of experience in similar roles.Confidentiality and trustworthiness are crucial.
