We are seeking a qualified professional to manage Company Secretarial responsibilities along with Accounts & Finance functions. The role requires strong knowledge of corporate laws and governance practices, along with hands-on experience in financial management and statutory compliance.Key Responsibilities and Roles:Corporate Governance & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other corporate laws.Board Meeting Management: Organizing, preparing agendas, and taking minutes for board and general meetings.Statutory Records & Filings: Maintaining statutory registers, filing annual returns, and handling company records.Legal Advisor: Advising the board on corporate legal matters, risk management, and ethical practices.Shareholder Communication: Managing interactions with stakeholders regarding equity, meetings, and corporate updates.Accounts & Finance ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts and general ledger.Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Generate MIS reports and assist in budgeting.Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliances.Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.Manage vendor payments and receivables.Monitor cash flow and working capital.Education & QualificationsQualified Company Secretary /
