Senior Accountant

We're hiring a Senior Accountant at Rajpal Agricultural Machinery Pvt. Ltd. — a 60-year-old manufacturer of precision tillage tools (coulter blades, disc blades, rotavator and superseeder blades) supplying clients in 8+ countries including the USA, Germany, Spain, and Poland.The roleThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara, Gujarat. You'll own all financial operations for a manufacturing business with active export accounts — from GST/TDS compliance to cost analysis and export documentation.What you'll handleGST, TDS, TCS — filings and strategyLUT filings and export refund processingAccounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliationManufacturing cost analysis (steel procurement, RM, overheads)Financial reporting and forecasts for leadershipInternal audits and regulatory complianceWhat we're looking for5+ years in accounting, preferably in manufacturing or industrialStrong command of GST, export/import compliance, and Indian financial regulationsExperience with export documentation is a strong plus; CA Inter or CA preferredHands-on with Tally, Zoho, or similar accounting softwareIf you have experience working with GIDC-based exporters or handled customs/LUT documentation before, mention it in your application.
