Document Controller

Fulfillment of the project and standard quality requirements for the project documentation internally as well externals (client/vendors/third party etc.)Knowledge of basic process of plant engineering documentation as well as Vendor/Suppliers documentation life cycle.Knowledge of Inward & Outward documentation transmittal, documentation flow, and distribution management with various stakeholders in project.Experience & knowledge of Electronic Document Management System (Preferred WRENCH) tools, Web based file sharing & control tools.Good knowledge of document numbering procedure, document control philosophy & classification of documents for both engineering & suppliers' documentation.Prepare, implementation and execution of project procedures/protocols for document management.Ensure compliance with document and records management procedures aligned in project.Knowledge of document storage, metadata, retrieval, versioning, indexing as well as security of documentation.Prepare & maintain various databases for tracking & retrieval purpose at any stage of project lifecycle.Prepare & release various types of reports related to documentation as per project requirement.Preparation of project handing over documentation or final submission package to client as per project requirement.Experience specific in offshore documentation with any plant engineering consultancy.Knowledge of Plotting, Printing, Scanning for handling hard copies documents in project.Good communication and management skills.Proficiency in MS office, various EDMS software & Computer knowledge.
