Divisional Financial Controller

This is a highly collaborative, multicultural role in a dynamic and engaging environment.Job Title :- Controller – APACKey Responsibilities- Consolidated management reporting across APAC - Monthly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis - Consolidation support, including intercompany adjustments - Monitoring results versus budget and forecast - Coordination of planning and forecasting activities - Financial support for projects, inventory, and working capital management - Identification of financial risks and support of mitigation actions - Effective use of financial systems and data for analysis and forecasting - Ongoing communication with corporate finance and regional finance teams - Preparation and presentation of financial materials for regular regional and global management reviews - Support internal audit and internal control activitiesQualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field - CPA or equivalent professional certification - Strong accounting background, including consolidation and journal entries - Hands-on experience with SAP (or similar ERP) - Experience with budgeting / planning systems (e.g. TM1 or equivalent) - International or multicultural work experience - Fluency in EnglishSkills & Personal Attributes- Strong analytical, data-oriented, and systems mindset - Solid understanding of consolidation and intercompany - Hands-on, structured, and detail-oriented - High level of commitment, with the ability to manage workload peaks and ad-hoc assignments - Ability to work across regions without direct authority - Strong team player with effective collaboration and communication skills - High integrity and professional judgment
